Finished houses across New Haven County

No two homes are exactly alike, and this page shows it: a three-storey Victorian, a blue Cape, a shingled Dutch Colonial, a stained-cedar contemporary, a gazebo with a weathervane. Cloudland Paintworks works on newly built homes, historic homes and condos, and the jobs below run from a whole exterior to one garage door.

Start with the six slide-to-compare pairs, then scroll through the finished houses. Each label names what is in the frame, nothing more. If one of them looks like your house, the twelve services say how the crew gets to a result like it.

Newly built homes

Fresh drywall and new trim take paint differently from a century of old coats, and the written estimate says which one your house is.

Historic homes

Houses over fifty years old, Colonial to Victorian to seaside cottage, with plaster, paint and lead-safe prep handled together. One owner has had Ray work on his 1914-built house over a dozen times since 1995.

Condos

Ceilings, walls, trim and wallpaper, written up the same way as any house: a walk-through, then an estimate you can read.

“Their work has been given many compliments from neighbors and we passed along recommendations.”

John C., North Haven, CT, from the Cloudland site
